All player registrations in Northern NSW Football are made online using MyFootballClub (MFC), Football Federation Australia’s national online registration system.

Before you can login to the MFC website to make your registration, you will need your FFA number and password.  If you cannot remember either, first get your FFA number by clicking here and then retrieve your password by clicking here.

No player can change teams or register after 30 June each year.

NEW PLAYERS PLEASE NOTE: We require proof of identity and date of birth (eg birth certificate or passport) which can be brought along the payment and information sessions.  It is also important to type your name exactly as you like to see it printed eg John Smith instead of john smith, as this name may be used on reports and trophies and will not self correct.


  1. Make sure you have your FFA number and password.  See above.
  2. Login to the MFC web site and follow the instructions to register. More detailed instructions on how to complete your online registration can be found below.
  3. Payment options: You must print out the invoice generated by the MFC system and bring along to the payment and information days if you are making a manual payment  by cash or cheque.  You can also pay via bank transfer, or you can post a cheque to Wauchope Soccer Club, PO Box 195, Wauchope 2446.

 Please follow the following instructions to register online for our club:

 a)    Click on one of the links on top of this page and follow the prompts to proceed to find your FFA number and/or reset your password

b)    Login using your FFA number and password:

 a)    Once logged in, select “Make a Registration” or “Register Now”

 b)    Update contact details if necessary.

 c)    On the next screen, enter the club name (Wauchope Soccer Club)
NB: If you get a message saying there are no packages then click OK and check the club name

 d)    Select the Registration role as: “Player”
NB: If this is the first time you have registered to play football in Australia you will need to confirm whether you played in another country

 e)    Select the correct Registration Package that applies for your Age group. Even if you are planning in playing in a different age group, registration age applies to your date of birth.

f)     Click the “Add” button.

 g)    Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.

 h)    Read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions then click Next

i)      You will reach the Payment screen. If you wish to purchase some merchandise such as beanies, hoodies, jackets and polo shirts, you can select PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ITEMS at this point.

j)      Click on “Pay Now” to pay online with a credit card (VISA or MasterCard), or select “manual Payment at Club” if you want to pay at our club information day or do a direct debit.

k)    Answer the questions on the final page and click the “Save All Answers” button.

 Your registration has now been submitted. Make sure you pay your fees and completed any necessary ID checks, etc. ID checks are needed for every new player. Once you have completed payment, you will received an email saying your registration is approved.


Notice Board

Donna Lloyd, our current canteen manager is leaving after 3 years so the club is looking for a new person to take on the role.  The role requires managing all supplies, reporting on canteen takings, managing and communicating canteen rosters and ensuring that the canteen is fully operational during games held for Football Mid North Coast and WPL (Women's Premier League) competitions.  As this role involves a high level of commitment, the club offers a small stipend each season.  For more information ring Chanine Boaden 0429861

The club AGM will be held on 9th November at 7pm at the Wauchope RSL Club.  All committee positions have become vacant and nominations are called for:  President, Vice presidents, treasurer, secretary, registrar, canteen manager, equipment officer. publicity officer, events and fundraising co-ordinator, ground maintenance staff.
