2016 - Womens Football


Para Hills Knights has developed a strong and technical program which has seen a strong display of improvements in all age groups. Our flagship the Premier League has improved significantly with such a young side and 2016 will be the most competitive yet.

Reserves depth and display of talent has again improved to taking 3rd Spot with Players being selected for Prems. and winning FFSA awards not just once but back to back , both in GK of the year and referees choice for their strong presence on the field. Qualities of good sportsmanship and character building have become strong theme, teamwork and self-sacrifice to achieve the goals while maintaining discipline. 

2016 wills see teams in the  Premier League, Reserves and U/17 and U/15 competitions  additionally  Under 13 and SSG teams have strong enquiries.  2016 also sees the introduction of  a Division 1.  Div 3 and Div 5  team which will help cement Para Hills the Powerhouse of the north!

Para Hills Knights not only implements the new FFA curriculum through out all its grades,  it also opens the advanced aspects of the Spanish football education to enhance players no matter what age.  Our focus has been to develop a strong focus on players development and modernized training techniques.

As a club we have seen top players develop here and go on to W-league, NTC , State Teams and Development squads,  with also great success with Premier league having several top clubs secure these players and win leagues. Knights have turned a corner where our focus is junior development to transitioning our seniors into a Strong, Attractive and Attacking style of football which not only develops players but ensures they are competitive in the top 2 for next generation of players.

We have fantastic facilities, the best training and lighting.  Goal keeper coaches and trainers as well as C licence coaches in greater number than in any other women’s club, we are serious about being the best and create a clear pathway into the highest grade of local women's football, as well as a proud record in junior competitions without sacrificing development of the key principles.

Para  Hills Knights Women are looking for senior women to join both our Reserves & Premier League squads for the 2016 season as well as a Div 1, 3 and 5  

We would like to invite all players with the commitment and insight into the development of women's football in this state to join a very talented and committed group of competitive young footballers. If you as a player want more than just a medal but a goal to achieve great coaching and solid performance review without the clickyness or political dramas, then come to knights.

We boast the best playing surface of any women's side in the state as well as high quality facilities provided by a very supportive top level men's club who are enthusiastic about growing the women's game in SA.
