DB cup... Mini's is at Cudgen while the Mod's is at Mullum. Please remember there is a $3 entry fee..
ALL MINI PARENTS.. Please be aware that there will be a team roster handed out were someone from the team will either need to help in the canteen or score around the grounds..It will NOT clash with your childs game.. This is a huge day and cannot be done with just the commitee members alone!!!!

Games for this Saturday 26th April are now available. These are home games so we need all hands on deck in the canteen to make the day run smoothly.. remember we only ask for 1/2 hr before your childs game for the canteen or helping around the grounds with either time keeping, scoring or helping setup or packing up the mini fields....
The day starts at 10.30am with final registrations and welcome.
11am kick off skills and rotate through 3 sessions ending about 2.30pm.
Fruit break after first rotation and lunch after second skills session.
Day ends with presentation of gifts.
Cost is $30 , ( incl. football , kicking tee , drink bottle and boot bag and food during breaks )

Due to the rain over the last few days which is expected to hang around for the next few days the Under 13 Development weekend has been postponed.
We will look at options to hold this again as soon as we can and we will update all players that initially nominated

- Modified Games Coach (M G C). Sunday 16th March 2014.Cudgen Leagues Club. 9am start.
These days are planned for candidates who have completed the 3 on line modules. At etrainu.com
Registration for these days is on Sporting Pulse, education coaching courses and select the day that suits the participant.

WOW! our boot swap has been a great success!! We would like to remind you to have another look at home as we have a few people still looking to give a pair of boots a second life.
Ever wondered what to do with your boots that may have only been worn for one season and are to good to throw out???
Any boots that don't find a new home will be donated to charity.
The club would once again like to encourage all parents to consider Ambulance cover for their child/children who is/are playing in the group 18 competition. As has been mentioned previously in newsletters Ambulance services are not fully covered in your players insurance...THE BILL CAN BE HEFTY AND QUITE A NASTY SURPRISE!!!!.
Once AGAIN the clubs are being reminded to enforce the ruling on side-line dress codes with particular attention being paid to FOOTWEAR. NO coach, trainer, manager or injured or sick player can enter the field of play OR SIT ON THE BENCH UNLESS they have COMPLETELY closed in footwear i.e NO THONGS, SCUFFS, SANDLES, CROCS etc. You will be asked to leave the players area and remain behind the rope or fence. These rules WILL BE ENFORCED at Cudgen or otherwise we face a fine from Group 18. The club is not prepared to pay such fines for a rule which is so simple to follow.
