Please note that all new players and officials need 2 passport photos. If you are going to hold more than one official position e.g. Runner and First Aider you will need 2 photos per position. Also note that you will require a media pass if you wish to take photos. You can apply for one on registration days. All players will also need to provide Medicare number. New players will need to provide an original birth certificate or passport at time of sightings.

Location: Canteen area at Liverpool Catholic Club
Fees: $145.00 per Junior player. $250.00 per Senior player. This includes:- jersey, shorts, socks,training shirt.

Saturday 31st January 2015 10.00am to 2.00pm
Sunday 1st February 2015 10.00am to 2.00pm
Registration Days for All Players
Friday 6th February 5.00pm - 7.00pm
Saturday 7th February 2015 10.00am to 2.00pm
Sunday 8th February 2015 10.00am to 2.00pm
- Places will be on a ‘first in first served’ basis. Once age group/team numbers are full, names will go on a waiting list. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Registrations will only be accepted if
• Registration paperwork is fully completed
• Hard card is completed
• Two passport sized photos supplied - if required
• Full payment received
• Liverpool Catholic Club Membership number provided
