Just a heads up for anyone using the gym at the club.

No 1 please don't piss in the shower area.
No 2 Be careful when using the latpull/seated row machine. The parts that hold the weights are starting to crack so you shouldn't use it at all. I have approached someone about fixing it. So hopefully it is up a running soon.
No 3 I have cleaned up a re-arranged the gym so it is safer and more practical.
No 4 Do not unfold the total gym 1000. You are not Chuck Norris and it is Gimmick machine that will give you very little benefit compared to using free weights. If i find it unfolded i will throw it away.
No 5 . FREE WEIGHTS- The Dumbells. We have at least 5 sets so stop putting rediculous weight variations on them. There is a set of 5kg, a set of 7.5kg 2 sets of 10kg and a set of 15kg. If for some reason you want to change the weights please put them back the same way you found them.
No 6. Don't leave bottles/junk etc. lying around there are 2 bins there and the place is the size of a shoe box.........find one.
No 7. If something breaks let me know on here so i can get it fixed.
