2013 ARL Level 2 Sports Trainers Course

COURSE INFORMATION
COURSE COST: $520.00 covers all accommodation and course costs.

ADDRESS: The NSWRL Academy is situated in the grounds of the Sydney Academy of Sport Wakehurst Parkway Narrabeen (See attached map for direction)

REGISTRATION: All participants are required to register at the NSWRL Academy by no later than 10.00am on the 14th January

PREREQUISITES:
* Held an ARL Level 1 Sports Trainers certificate for a minimum of 12 months and have been actively involved with a rugby league team as a sports trainer
* Other types of accreditation will be considered on request.

COURSE PROGRAM:
The Level 2 Sports Trainers course involves not only lectures but also practical sessions. The course will also require a practical assessment of the various topics covered together with of a post course assignment.

A full outline of the assessment process will be given at the course.

Trainers are required to participate fully in ALL sessions.

* Comfortable Clothing for practical sessions
* Pens & paper

WHAT IS COVERED:
* All Meals
* 3 nights accommodation
* All course texts
* Accreditation upon successful completion of the course
* Course Polo Shirt

LAUNDRY:
Coin operated washing machines and dryers are available.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
Please inform the Rugby League Academy in writing ASAP of any special dietary requests so that the necessary arrangements can be made with the Sydney Academy of Sport.

SPECIAL NOTE: The Sydney Academy of Sport is a Smoke Free Zone.
