Info on Upcoming Season

With the vast majority of our players now on email, we have decided not to send letters re regos, season start etc - Everything you need to know is here!

Registration: If you played with us in 2012 and provided an email address when registering last year, you are eligible to register 'on line' in 2013. This is simple and takes about 2 minutes. We are encouraging all of our 2012 players to use this facility. More details will published separately.

If your email address has changed since last year or you didn't give us one last year, please send an email to st.christophers.jrlfc@gmail.com so we can add your email and you will then be able to register 'on line'.

Obviously we want to attract new players and have advertised in the Torch. We will be holding registrations as follows:

  • Sat 2 Feb at the corner of Anderson and Tower streets in Panania  - 9am to 1 pm
  • Sun 10 Feb in the Clubhouse - 10am to 1 pm.

If you know of any players who might like to join our Club, please get them to come to either day to sign up.

Training: U6s to U14s will commence from 14 Feb. Your coach will be in touch with you before this to let you know days and times. Players in age groups where there were 2 teams in 2012 will commence their 2013 training as one squad under the guidance of the Div 1 coach until player grading is finalised. Trial games will be used to grade players according to their ability and the safety of the individual players.

Trials and competition: Four weekends of trials have been planned - 2 or 3 March; 10 March; 16 or 17 March; and 23 or 24 March. The official comp starts on Saturday 6 April (U6s to U14s) and Sunday 7 April for 15s to A grade.

Comment Guidelines: The SportingPulse Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
