Success for Chargers in AFL Draft

Oakleigh Chargers had four players selected in  last nights AFL National Draft.  The Western Bulldogs selected Jackson Macrae with pick 6,  Kristian Jaksch will join Greater Western Sydney after being selected with pick 12, Jack Viney was placed on the Melbourne list with pick 26 as a father son selection, and Jason Ashby was selected by Essendon at pick 34.

Having four players selected in the top 34 players in the AFL National Draft is a new club record and continues a successful year for Chargers after winning the TAC Cup Premiership.
