Welcome Steve Vidanovski.

The St Mary’s SFC are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Steve Vidanovski from AIM Health & Fitness as the club’s Strength and Conditioning Coach for season 2013. Steve will work closely with both Coaching and medical staff, and directly with the playing group to lift and maintain core fitness and strength. He will also be involved with recovery programs for injured players.

Steve has extensive background in physical fitness, and is the founder of New AIM Health and Fitness – the first personal training studio to hit Bundoora. New AIM is the place where you can train hard, have fun and most importantly achieve real results! If you are thinking of improving your personal heath and fitness have a chat to Steve at preseason training (he will be there Wednesday nights), or check out New AIMS’s website or follow their Facebook page. We are very lucky to have Steve on board in seson 2013  - let's make sure we get behind him and AIM Health & Fitness.

Comment Guidelines: The SportingPulse Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
