THE UPS AND
DOWNS OF EASTER.
Saturday night saw a good home
crowd watching our First Team lads
dismantle Mangere Utd 4-0.
Our defenders just never gave them
a look in and our attacks were frequent
and relentless, testing the Mangere
keeper for the full 90 min. A classy
individual goal from Neil Emblen
raised the roof as he threaded his way
past two defenders and slotted one
past the keeper from a difficult angle.
It was always going to be a big ask to
front up to Eastern Suburbs just a day
and a half later and we lost 3-0 at
WSAFC sit 4th on the table, just
3 points shy of the top spot.
Next home game is Sat 17 May.
Put it in your diary!
