Whoop whoop BRONZE Quality Club achieved

Caloundra Panthers Junior Australian Football Club is the first BRONZE accredited club on the Sunshine Coast.

Congratulations to Junior President, Jamie Glover and his team for a massive effort during the off-season and have filled all committee positions for 2012.

It will be a massive year at North Street next year as the dollars have rolled in for the refurbishment of their field fence and they are eagerly awaiting the final decision from Gambling Communities last funding round to upgrade their canteen facility.

This BRONZE accreditation is a massive boost for the club as they gear up for season 2012 demonstrating that they have got the goods as a club that ticks all the boxes.

The Panthers are now the leaders in club administration and governance, football environment, volunteer management and community relationships.

Jamie Glover said it is a huge thing for the club to be acknowledged, let alone the first AFL Club on the Coast to be accredited.

“We’re super happy with the result and to be accredited shows the work our volunteers put in and that our Club environment is something to be proud of,” Glover said.

“It will be great, especially when sign on time comes we can say we are a BRONZE Quality Accredited Club which is a huge boost to our reputation and extra incentive to become a Panther.”

“A lot of people work hard around our Club and it is nice to be rewarded with this sort of acknowledgement...it will proudly be on display at our Club rooms.”

The Caloundra Panthers will now be able to add the BRONZE accreditation club logo to all of their club documents including letter heads, their website, Facebook and sponsorship correspondence.

Once the SILVER Accreditation has been release the Panthers are keen to tick all the boxes and strive for that accreditation by the end of next season.

“It’s definitely on the to-do list, to become SILVER and eventually GOLD accredited will be great for the club and AFL development on the Sunshine Coast,” Glover said.
