Registration forms can be completed and forwarded electronically to wests.basketball@gmail.combut all mandatory fields must be completed or the registration will not be processed. We will have credit card facilities available this weekend for all credit card payments.

Winter 2016  Fees

• U12's,U14's, U16's and U19's - $350
• U10 - TBC

All fees are due at the time of registration. The Club offers the option of full payment or payment over two payments.  If the second option is chosen, it is the responsibilty of the player/parent to ensure the second payment is made.

Extras

• Div 1 (Premier) Grade Supplement - $30

to be paid for players particpating in Div 1 competitions)

Available discounts

• Multiple children - $50 for each child

(discount for 2nd and subsequent children (excluding U10's))
