Fee Information 

There are 3 fee components this is as follows

1) Southern District Basketball Assocication  & Basketball Qld Fees

This is a MANDATORY annual fee which covers players for insurance for the year.

- Icon is on right hand side of page stating 2017 Junior registration or if playing playing in U07 2017 U7 Registration only

This fee needs to be paid after confirming club can place player in a team & before they train or play a game which ever comes 1st.

 2) Hoopstars Club Fees

Team	2017 Season 3 fee
Under 7s and Teams NOT training	$145
Teams with training	$170

The above includes game fees, admin and byes.

These club fees are paid via Hoopstars website - icon is on righthand side & states 2017 Registration fees & has picture of Club player - click on this & follow instructions

If unsure please check with your age co-ordinator.

If your team is training but your player is unable to attend training your fee will still be the same as if their were training.

3) Uniforms (Current Club Shorts / Jersey) are mandatory!

The cost of the uniform is $65 for all players to club in 2017 ($30 shorts, $35 jersey) with free delivery.  Please note these uniforms are yours to retain.

Uniforms can be paid separately or at the time of paying club fees. The club prefers all uniforms to be paid for via the online link on club website unless there is extenuating circumstances where this is not possible.

For those existing players wishing to retain their current numbers but require a larger size jersey please contact our uniform co-ordinator ASAP to place a request for a large size to be placed in the next order - please allow up to 6 weeks for a replacement jersey.

Basketball Queensland Registration - ALL players must be registered before playing. For all players ( New & existing) this can be online at www.sdspartans.basketball.net.au. Please make sure you get a receipt and let your team manager know the receipt number and date. This registration is for the full year and goes to Basketball Queensland to cover among other things, insurance.

FINANCE POLICY

If you are unsure which team or have any questions please contact your child’s age co-ordinator via email. Please see contact page for their email address. NO contact is to be made with the President.

The above fees are inclusive of games, administration and training fees. All byes have been taken into account. Hoopstars Inc endeavours to keep costs to a minimum and it takes into account several matters when it works out the fee amounts for all seasons.

It is the policy of Hoopstars Inc that all fees are to be paid in full by week 2 of season unless an approved payment plan has been organised with the Treasurer prior to seasons start.

Please be aware that Hoopstars Inc Players who do not pay season fees by the due date, that do not contact the Treasurer to setup a payment plan or fail to meet payments agreed to in a payment plan will not be released from Hoopstars Inc. These Players will be deemed unfinancial and be unable to play within the Association.

Release of players will only be given if and when all fees are paid in full.

All payments of registration, season fees and uniforms are best paid via the Sporting Pulse website. Please see side bar for the link.

Discounts may be given to families if they train and coach a full team for a full season. Please contact your age co-ordinator or treasurer for details.
