2015 TYNTYNDER VOTE COUNT & PRESENTATION NIGHT
With our U13, U17, B Grade Netballers and our Ressies through to the CMFNL Grand Final TFNC Vote Count/Presentation night was always going to be a ripper. The "Upstairs" venue was filled to capacity as we enjoyed the presentations. Who said Tyntynder don't dance - we cut loose and had a ball! Congratulations to our award winners and all those working behind the scenes to get our teams to finals.

LIFE MEMBERSHIP AWARDED TO TYNTYNDER'S SHARON DENHAM
How good was our 2015 Vote Count & Presentation Night! A huge crowd rocked up and witnessed our own Sharon Denham being awarded Life Membership of the Tyntynder Football Netball Club. A Life Member herself, Roey Bice told members present that Life Membership of our club is never awarded lightly before going on to outline Sharon's incredible sporting history.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL AT TYNTYNDER
Tyntynder Football Netball Club is committed to the safe and responsible service of alcohol. An RSA course outlining the laws that control the service of alcohol was offered to club members, players, supporters and members of the wider community on Monday August 24th. We now have more that 100 acreddited members who are aware of the principles of the responsible service of alcohol. Well done

In what was a vast improvement on last year's bottom place ranking the young Dogs made it into fifth place before bowing out to a stronger Kerang side. TYNTYNDER BARN DANCE - BEST ONE YET
Who said Tyntynder don't dance? Approximately 250 members, players and supporters attended the annual Tyntynder whole club "Barn Dance" on Saturday. After dining on wholesome ranch fare, the "Barn" started a rockin at Pental Island Caravan Park as Maxxy called set after boot scootin' set. DOGS TAKE IT RIGHT UP TO KERANG
In a mighty effort the Dogs came within 14 points of beating ladder leaders Kerang. Shoota, Brock and the match day team would have been understandably pleased with the four quarter effort of the team. Coming from the bottom of the ladder last season to being up near the top is a result of the continued improvement and commitment of the team - a credit to all involved. Go Dogs!

SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED AT TYNTYNDER
Another step toward the future sustainability of the Tyntynder Football Netball Club is underway with solar panelling currently being installed on the roof of the Alan Garden Function Centre. Local firm CONLEC are working toward finalising the installation in time for the start of the 2015 season.

Tyntynder Coaching and match night staff would have been well pleased with the efforts of the team that ran out for Week Three of the Emmetts Goldacres Pre Season Night Series last night. Taking the opportunity to rotate players on and off the field and trial onfield options the series provided and ideal opportunity in the lead up to the season proper.

LOCALS GIVE GENEROUSLY TO MS
Thanks to the locals who gave so generously last night to support MS Research. A massive $1805.15 was donated on the night. The team, lead by Vinnie Dullard and his crew work hard to raise awareness of MS and will compete in the 2015 MS Bike Ride in April. Traditionally Swan Hill has strong representation in this event. EMMETTS PRE SEASON NIGHT SERIES WEEK 1
Eight clubs representing three different Football Netball Leagues kicked off their season last Friday at the Emmetts Gold Acres 2015 Pre Season Night Series held on the Alan Garden Reserve. In perfect weather conditions and with the ground in top shape teams took the opportunity to give young players a taste of senior footy and netball.
