Hoot n Nanny time folks...we are going to put together a roster for the weekend of the 13th and 14th Feb, so before we just allocate you a time and day, if we don't get enough volunteers, please let us know what day, what time and how long you are available.
We are not asking people to be there all day or night, if you can spare a couple of hours would be great. The gates open at 12 noon so we will need just a few from 11 o'clock to set up then it's from 12 to 1.30/2 am on Saturday, then 6 to end of clean up Sunday ( which with enough people only takes a couple of hours). Working at the Hoot n Nanny is not hard work, it is a lot of laughs, you are not flat out busy, in fact there are times when you are just waiting around, it's all a bit social.
Please let Kayelene (email@example.com) know as soon as possible, we would like to get a roster together within the next couple of weeks so people know what they are doing.
