Senior Coach

Mark played for St Kilda and Fitzroy before playing for Sandringham in the VFA. He coached in the Amateurs for eleven years and in the VFL for five years. Mark was one of the senior runners for St Kilda during seasons 2004 and 2005. Our footy team is on the cusp of something great, and we’ve got Mark, a well-qualified and experienced coach who will lead our coaching panel.

Marks appointment as Senior coach proved to be the winning ingredient as the Tigers endeavoured to improve on an impressive finals campaign of 2012.  The Barnawartha Tigers under Marks coaching and game plan continued to improve throughout the 2013 season and after some telling injuries early in the season momentum built towards the finals with a full list to choose from a long run into the finals were every game become a final we snuck into the final 5 after the last round. By now our “Barny Army". was in full flight as we continued our winning ways to take out the 2013 Premiership.
