Day 2 - The Running Begins
After a quick warm up and a get to know you session for the new players it was straight into some sprinting in the 35 degree heat. The flies were in abundance and no matter how hard we tried they came along for the ride as we ran through the cones.
Everyone encouraging each other the whole group finished in style. We the headed over to the courts for some strength work. Push ups , turkish get ups, prone holds and weights, what a delight, but it was great to finish the session.
Everyone is really enjoying the training, I know I am and the company is great.
