Demons Win the Women's Premiership

The Demon women finished 2012 undefeated in both the regular season and playoffs, winning the premiership title two years in a row.

The second Grand Final win was more exciting than the first. The air in Guelph was electric when the opening bounce was won by High Park. The big field immediately favoured the Demons but the Wild Cats had big game player Kendra and a fierce, physical Cats team behind her. The first half was a close affair before the Demons pulled away with some great runs down the centre of the field. The game ended with a decisive victory over Hamilton. A tear of pride was shed by coach Flop for the heart and determination shown on the field that day.
