Every team is required to provide assistance setting up the grounds and or Canteen, BBQ, Duty Officer twice during the season. Money raised from the canteen and BBQ goes towards the kids' equipment, Presentation Day and Trophies.
Each 2 hour shift requires - Canteen 2 people, BBQ 1 person, Duty Officer 2 people. Total of 5
Those teams that are last to play on a field for the day are required to pull it down and put it away.
Volunteers are supported by a club official in the canteen and BBQ areas.
DUE TO OH&S NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IS PERMITTED IN THE CANTEEN OR BBQ AREAS.
