Para Hills Knights Girls 2014

Congratulations to all Teams :

Prems Finishing 6th great improvement.

Reserves Third Position narrowly missing Second spot (hampered only by injuries)

U17 Girls for Runners up

U15 Girls for playing in a Div higher than required and matching it with the best.

Para Hills Knights Girls showed how the development of coaching and implementing  the FFA Curriculum as their Vision and Philosophy on how to play Football has improved the overall teams, with a unfairly placed Division 1 the U15's matched and held their own as they built from the ground up with this new and exciting team. Several girls played reserves and prem's for the first time and it was exciting to see the improvement.

Under 17's consistently played throughout the year, narrowly missing first position and continuing to play a exciting brand of football.

Reserves started slow and built there position up as they fought early and unusual injuries to come home strong towards the second half of the year. The only team to dominate the Top team - Metro Reserves and in the end drawing from a late comeback from Metro. This exciting team will be the challenges for top spot in 2015!

 

Prem's built up slowly and playing an exciting and attractive style of play,  breaking 6 records for the club and dominating last years cup winners Metro and knocking them out of the cup in round 1. From here a steady push into 5th position with a late loss to Cumberland in a controversial penalty  which sealed a mid table finish.  The Team has improved significantly and will look to 2015 to take some silverware home and setup a strong foundation for the future of the club.

 With such a improved and hungry side for the future Knights will be looking to improve again with all teams as we endeavour to perform and play an attractive and entertaining brand of football.
