NORTH COMPANIONS FC HAS BEEN ONE OF THE LEADING CLUBS IN TAMWORTH SINCE ITS FOUNDATION IN 1974, KNOWN FOR BEING SUCCESSFUL OUT ON THE PITCH, FAMILY ORIENTED AND ALL INCLUSIVE

50 Years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In 2023 the Club will celebrate its 50th Birthday.

The North Companions Football Club caters for all ages from under 5s to Under 18s in Junior/Youth Competitions as well as Open Mens and Womens teams.

North Companions has a long and proud history in Tamworth Football.

The Club was a foundation member of the Northern Inland Men's Premier League Competition, and the Club has won the Northern Inland Men's Premier League 1st Grade Championship five times since 2000 and the Reserve Grade Championship three times.

In 2023, our Reserve Grade Premier League won their Grand Final, and in 2017 1^st Grade and Reserve Grade won both Premier League Grand Finals! 

North Companions has long been an advocate and supporter of Women's Football. Our Women's 1st Grade side is the current Tamworth 1st Grade Champions and has been the Women's Champion in Tamworth 4 times since 2018.

One of the main reasons for this is the Club continues to produce well-trained and coached junior girls who have the opportunity to take their place in one of our Women's Senior Football teams.

In our 50th year, 2023/2024 will be another big year for the Club with about 60 Junior and Senior Men's and Women's teams entered in the Tamworth and Northern Inland Competitions!

All training is conducted at the Club's Home Ground - the Marius St Playing Fields - which is located between the Riding School for the Disabled complex and the BMX Track. These facilities are located at the northern end of Marius St, off Peel St.
