ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

YOU ARE INVITED TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

We need your support

The club invites you to the Rowville Basketball Club Inc. Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday the 10th of December 2020 at 7.30pm.

At this meeting we need your support to: 

•  Review and confirm the minutes of the last AGM
•  Review and approve the annual reports for the year ended 30 April 2020
•  Lawfully elect and fill the vacant positions of the Executive and General Committee
• Approve the fees for the next 2 seasons

The clubs policy requires that all current Committee positions are declared vacant and are up for election, noting that a number of current committee members are not likely to nominate for their current position. 

This meeting requires the support of all members where parents vote on behalf of players if the players are under the age of 16. If 16 or older they will vote for themselves. If you cannot attend can you please provide someone to vote on your behalf as your proxy votes are very important to ensure we meet our club constitution rules.

If you would like to know what is involved with each role please contact myself or alternatively discuss the role with the current incumbent.
