Minimum & Maximum numbers.

Team numbers will be as follows:

Determining Maximum numbers.

The committee in consultation with the coach of the age group will, if the need arises limit the number of players in the teams as above by applying the following guidelines

• Preference will be given to players/siblings who have previously played with the club at MiniRoos, Junior or Senior level. (if a decision has to be made between players who both have previously played with the club at MiniRoos, Junior or Senior level, then the recency that each has played will be taken into account). Registration for previous players will be based upon order in which the registration was received through MyFootballClub online registration along with corresponding payment or part thereof for those applications received after the advertised registration day.
  

• If a decision has to be made between a new player who has registered with MyFootballClub online and paid the registration fee or part thereof and a player who has previously played with the club at MiniRoos, Junior or Senior level and has not paid the registration fee or part thereof, then the Registrar may, depending on individual circumstance, permit the player who has previously played with the club at MiniRoos, Junior or Senior level 7 days to pay the registration fee or part thereof. If no payment is received within the 7 days the place in the team will be offered to the new player.
  

• If all players are on an equal footing regarding registration guidelines and a decision has to be made to select a player then the coach will make a decision based on the following considerations:
  

• The age group relative to the player.

[The focus of younger age groups where participation/enjoyment is a factor as against the focus of older age groups where ability and competitiveness are a factor]

• The ability of the player.
• The reliability/commitment of the player.
• If a decision is to be made by the committee this decision will be final.

Minimum numbers.

The club will not enter a team with FFV with numbers less than the above unless exceptional circumstances apply as determined by the committee and prospective coach.

If there is insufficient players on match day a player from a lower age group may be invited to play. The coach is to ensure that this underage player does not receive more playing time than a player from the regular team list.

MyFootballClub Online Registration

No player, whether a new player or a player that has previously played with the club at MiniRoos, Junior or Senior level, shall be deemed registered unless MyFootballClub online registration is complete and all monies paid.
