Club Captain Named

Our new Club Captain has been named, and we are pleased to announce Angus Bourne is Club Captain for 2016. Gus started playing football for the Raiders the day he turned 5 years old and he's been playing here ever since. This is his 12th year of service at the Raiders. When his age group failed to field a team Gus made the decision to play up an age group rather than leave the club as he wanted to be a one club player. If you see Gus around the grounds pop up and say hello

Oscar Clarke Group 18's Best

Oscar Clarke from our 16's was recently named Group 18 JRL Representative player of the year at the Presentation dinner. He was also named Most Consistent. This tops off an excellent represenative season for Oscar after he was selected to be one of four Group 18 boys to be in the East Coast Dolphins side. This side made it through to the semis and Oscar was an integral part of the team. Well done Oscar. We at Raiders are all very proud of the young man you have grown to be.
