The Fiona Winter Realty Noosa Tigers continued their good mid-season form with a thumping 97 point win over Moreton Bay last Saturday.
In what was expected to be a much closer affair the Noosa boys, with the late inclusion of gun forward and coach James Gellie, were just far tto strong all over the ground for their younger and smaller opponents.
Gellie kicked two goals in his belated return for the Tigers and it was noticeable how much better the Tigers forward structure functioned with him there.
Big men Zach McDonald and Lachie Cameron toiled well for the visitors the entire game and gave first use of the ball to the class of Nick Hill and Shane “Dogga” Davis who once again gave a best on ground performance.
Corey Boardman continues to belie his age with another outstanding senior showing while in defence it was again the likes of Copeland, Duke and Wallace who continually provided rebound and stability.
Another very solid win by the Noosa side as they go into the bye this weekend.
Final score: Noosa 17.16.128 defeated Moreton Bay 3.13.31
Noosa Goals: Boardman, Davis, Gellie, McDonald, Stewart (2), Brain, Cameron, Copeland, Corrigan, B.Duke, Hill, Mullen (1)

Tigers Reserves also had a great win over Moreton Bay and remain on second spot on the ladder behind Mayne on percentage.
