This Saturday, 29th May 2010, the Balranald Football Club will once again be hosting Pink Footy Day for their clash against the Tyntynder Football Netball Club.
Lyn Seton-Stewart, mother of Colts player Mitch, will do the coin toss for Reserves match.
All ladies from the TFNC are invited to attend our Ladies Marquee; the marquee is for all the ladies from the Balranald Football Club and the Tyntynder Football & Netball Club. This will be a great little area with pamper packs, prizes, chicken and “PINK” champagne.
A jumping castle and sandpit is being organised to keep the kids happy while they relax for a while. A gold coin donation entry fee is asked of you, with the proceeds going to BCNA and Can Assist.
We are asking you and all our supporters too wear PINK on this day as well.
Later on that night we will be hosting an Auction for all the PINK Guernsey’s proceeds will be shared amongst BCNA, Can Assist and BFC. Balranald has extended invitation to TFNC to attend their Roast tea $10.00 adult $5.00 kids - they hope to have tea on the go by 6.30pm and will then do an auction to start at 8.00pm. One Guernsey will be signed and framed as memorabilia, and one will be signed and donated to Balranald Can Assist branch. Guests are asked to wear something PINK to this event, in which the hall will be decorated PINK and some food may also be PINK.
The Balranald Football Club believe that it is a great opportunity for the whole community, not just in Balranald but also your club to put on a show of strength and support for women affected by breast cancer.
If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact Stacey Greaves or Deanne Jones.
The TFNC would like as many players, family and supporters to stay awhile after the match for a very good cause!!
