Our Membership night will be Wednesday 18th March at the McDonald Reserve clubrooms in Reynolds Road Belmont commencing at 5.00pm – 7:00pm
We would like to invite all footballers from last year’s season and any prospective new members to come along to our Membership night with our club. This night will be your easiest opportunity to pay your registration (other than online payment). On the night, your registration fee can be paid with cash, cheque, Eftpos.
You will also be able to purchase & order club apparel on the night. (Windcheaters, shirts bags etc.) To get your club gear as soon as possible then you need to come along, order your size and pay for your order on the night.
We also invite all parents along to register their interest in helping out in support roles. At this stage, we require people to take on key roles across most of our age groups as well as other various support roles at both team and committee levels. These roles include match day managers, field & goal umpires and social & fundraising helpers and club sponsors. We would also appreciate anyone who can help in any capacity that they are suited. We can never have enough helpers and your kids experience and yours will be more enjoyable the more involved you become.
We will also be distributing the little league jumpers (Under 10 & 12) to those who have registered and paid.
There will also be a sausage sizzle operating for those who wish to partake for a small fee.
REGISTRATION PROCESS – ONLINE ONLY
Online Registrations are required to be completed online at all levels (seniors through to Under 10) in season 2015 – this is a AFL Head Office directive. Please click “Member Access” icon in the top right hand margin of the South Barwon Football Club website.
Online registration is open to all that last played with South Barwon and for the first time any new player that is interested in playing Football in 2015 (this includes those coming up from Auskick). Please note you must be born on or before 31/8/2007 to be eligible to play. Otherwise you are still Auskick and will need to register via Auskick website.
If you last played with another club (not including Auskick), you will need to complete a clearance form, which must be processed online before you can register for this season. Attached is the clearance form that should be completed and handed to Team Managers/Coaches
You will need your login and password to register, however if you do not have those details if your recorded email is correct you will be able to retrieve this information. If you cannot retrieve, your login/password please email Ash McHarry at “amch@mcharrys.com.au”and he can provide this information
Once you have completed your registration online you will have the option to also pay online with Visa or Mastercard. There is no extra charge to pay online in 2015 (unlike previous years). We would prefer that payment is made online if possible.
Note For any new players registering with this club (including those coming up from Auskick) you will need to scan and attach your birth certificate in the online registration - if you cannot do this you will need to provide a copy of your birth certificate to the club at first training session or at the membership night.

Seniors $300-$400 (not available for payment online this season)
