Wauchope Soccer Club AGM
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Wauchope Soccer Club will be held on Monday 10th November at 6pm at the Wauchope RSL Club.
All positions will be declared vacant to make way for a new committee. All financial members are welcome to attend.
Members unable to attend are invited to vote by proxy on the resolutions to be considered at the meeting.
Items for resolution are:
1. Committee for 2015
2. Membership fees for 2015 (currently $5)
If anyone is interested in performing a role on the committee, no matter how small, please feel free to contact Tracey Eastwood on mobile 0400929480, who will be only too willing to discuss your possible involvement. Assistant roles in all categories will be available, plus a History Committee will be formed to ensure the club celebrates its 40 years appropriately.
Attached are position descriptions for the President, Treasurer and Secretary.
