Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Wauchope Soccer Club will be held at 7pm on Monday 9th November 2015 at the Wauchope RSL Club.

To receive and consider the financial and President's reports.

Elect 2016 committee

All positions are declared vacant. Positions that have yet to receive nominations are Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar and Canteen Manager. Nominations for any position can be made by email to wauchopesc@footballmidnorthcoast.net.au.

Set membership fees

Membership fees are currently $5 per player.

Other business

Please submit any topics for discussion at the meeting by email to wauchopesc@footballmidnorthcoast.net.au by close of business on Friday 10th November 2015.

All financial members are entitled to attend and vote.
