Half a Year, and STOP!
What another year, with out saying the word we all know what happed in 2021. After begin able to play match games, train and catch up your friends we all were hit with yet other lockdown. For some teams the year ended just short of the full season and for others a full half was still to be played. During the last lock down we missed one of the best nights to see all of junior teams @ the club, been Team Photo night, then of course followed by Presentation Day. For our Senior sides who both finished the year with 25 points each and one siting in 3rd and the other 4th the season was still up for grabs. The Sunday teams or Bayside men were loving the social side but playing hard with some pushing for top spot. Caught up in the lockdown for the second year in a row was the Trivia Night, but trust us it will be back in 2022! With out further ado the clubs committee would like to thank all its members for your support in 2021, with out you, the team Coaches, Managers, Players and side line supports, volunteer clubs like ours would not be able to run. And lastly a special shout out to our club President who although we have not been at the club, the work he and his fellow club Secretary have been doing behind the scenes to keep the cogs turning is well appreciated.
