AGM
The 2016 Annual General Meeting was held on 12/11/2016 at Dixon Field.
Club Directors for the next 2 years are:
President - Rodney Smith (retains position - unopposed)
Vice President - Steve Gembarovski (elected unopposed)
Treasurer - Kerri Diss (retains position - unopposed)
Secretary - Andrew Smale (retains position - unopposed)
Assistant Secretary - Jarrod Greer (retains position - unopposed)
The club would like to thank out going Director Glenn Matthews for his wonderful contribution to the club. Glenn over the past 4 years as served as President & most recently Vice President, helping guide the club through one of its most difficult periods. We are delighted that Glenn will still continue to oversee the all important grants and fundraising portfolio, a portfolio he held in conjunction with his Vice Presidency which saw the construction of the new pavilion.
Other officer bearer roles will be announced in due course.
We have also passed the special resolution with members voting unanimously to adopt the Gisborne Soccer Club Constitution 2015.
