Win Delivers Top Six Finish
For the first time our Senior Men have finished the season in the top half of a Saturday league, thanks to a dominant 6-0 win over bottom place Maidstone United in the final round.
Having moved to State League 5 in 2015, the first 2 seasons were a struggle with just 4 wins over the 42 games. The boys however turned it around this year more than doubling that effort, seucring 9 wins, 4 draws & 9 losses from our 22 matches.
2017 was the first time since the title winning season of 2011 we have finished with a positive goal difference, conceding a whopping 19 less goals this season than in 2016.
