Diego has a Bachelor of Sports Management/Tourism Management completed in 2014, he has just completed his FFA C License and will be doing his B License in 2016. He has played Premier League Football in Canberra playing for Monaro Panthers FC and the Capital League 1sts at Narrabundah coached by Mase Tate.

Diego has coaching experiences in Peru recently finishing a four month internship at the Universidad San Martin de Porres (USMP) and also played at this club for the reserve team in 2011. He has coached the NPL 14s and the WPL 19s in recent years. 

Diego is currently the head skills coach for the Junior girls at WWFC providing and assisting coaches with skills coaching.
