Round 3 - Saturday/Sunday 12/13 April

Rain has again played havoc with Greygums Oval being closed for the second week on the trot. An alternative venue is being negotiated for all weekend matches. Details as they come to hand. Team selections will be posted Friday AM with final teams named on Friday at 6 PMmore

Round 2 Review - Saturday April 5

Greygums Oval Closed - Matches Transferred To Mahoney Park

Please be advised that Greygums Oval has been closed for the weekend.

All Rams games scheduled there for tomorrow (U19s, Div 5, Div 3 and Div 1) have been transferred to Mahoney Park, Wharf Road, Marrickville (behind golf course).

Round 2 - Saturday April 5

Round 2 (Round 1 for Ladies and 19's)kicks off with all the male sides at Mahoney Park, whilst the Ramettes head to Mona Park to take on Auburn Giants. Firsts and reserves take on Balmain, thirds play North Shore and 19's match up with Wests. Teams (1sts/19s) in article.

Ramstats - Edition 1

Welcome to the first edition of Ramstats, highlighting the weird and wacky world of the Penrith AFC statistics and history.

This edition covers games played on 29th and 30th March, those being:

Rams Solid Season Start - Round 1 - Firsts and Reserves

The Rams completed all both their Round 1 matches on Sunday at BISP. First grade fell short by just two points against the Demons after storming home with the only disappointment being the scoreline whilst reserve grade opened their season with a 10 goal thumping of the 2013 Div 4 premiers, Pennant Hills. Rams Defy Magic - Round 1 - Third Grade

A late decision to change venues after a wet week got the Penrith Rams off to a great start for the season with a thrilling one point win over 2013 finalists, Blacktown Magic at Greygums Oval on Saturday. Match review on next page.more

Round 1 - 29-30 March

After an arduous pre-season that commenced last November and a number of trial matches for all teams, the season finally kicks off on Saturday. Third grade commence their tilt at glory at Blacktown against Blacktown Magic at 10 AM at BISP #2, whilst on Sunday again at BISP #2, Reserves (V Pennant Hills at 12:30 PM) and Firsts (10:30 AM)play. Trial V Campbelltown - Saturday March 22

The Rams complete their final trials on Saturday March 22 at Monarch Oval with two senior games. At 10 AM a combined lower grades/19's match will be played whilst at 12:00 PM, a first grade squad will play the Premier Division Blues. Selections on next page.more

Season Opener - Sunday March 23 1-3PM at OD's

Trial Information

Trials continue in March with Sunday March 9 an "All Club Affair" against Moorebank Magpies. On March 15, the Ramettes test their skills against Auburn Giants whilst The 19's will play a combined lower grades team at Greygums. Details on next page.more
