On Monday 25th July AFL Victoria held the second of four Female Kickstart/All Nations trials at Shepley Oval.
30 girls attended the trial which was conducted by former Melbourne FC player Aaron Davey and Stingrays Operations Co-ordinator Peter Dye.
There was plenty of talent on show at the trial. The cold and windy conditions did little to dampen their enthusiasm.
The next step is the High Performance Camp to be held in Melbourne which will include fitness testing and a match.
Following that will be the 2 state camp which will include cultural, leadership and football sessions.
The Victorian teams will then be chosen to compete in the National Diversity Championships will be held in Shepparton in September.
