Congratulations are in order for Club Captain, Jarrod Carlson who yet again finished in the top 2 of the LS Zachariah Medal for the third year running.
Having previously won the Medal in the 2012 & 2013 seasons, it was no surprise that Jarrod was again leading the count heading into the final round of the home and away season.
He was unfortunately pipped by Tim McKenzie from the Monash Blues in the last round which prevented Jarrod from claiming a three peat.
Our U/19's were also well represented in the competition best and fairest after having a successful home and away season. Special mention to U/19's midfielder, James Robertson who placed 3rd in the U/19's Section 3 vote count last night. James polled 12 votes and finished only 5 votes behind the joint winners. It caps off a great year for James, who also made his senior debut earlier in the season with this year being his first at the Club. Congratulations, James!
All the votes can be viewed in the document attached to this article.
