Notice is hereby given of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of members of North Brisbane Basketball Assn Inc to be held as follows:

To receive the President’s report for 2018.

To receive and adopt the financial report of the Club for the year ended 31st December, 2018.

To elect office bearers.

To appoint an auditor.

To consider admitting life member(s).

To transact any other business which may lawfully be brought forward.

Nominations are called for all positions on the Management Committee including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Property Officer, Events Co-Ordinator and Webmaster. Details of how to nominate and nominations received for various positions can be found by clicking here.
As our Club expands, the administrative demands on our Committee increase. As a result, we are also seeking unelected volunteers to assist with administering the Club on sub committee roles without the commitment of a full time Committee member. If you can assist with any such roles, please contact us at committee@northbrisbanebasketball.com.au.
This is your opportunity to provide direct feedback on the Committee's performance over the last 12 months and get involved in the future direction of the club.
