After a promising start to the game the seniors season finished last Sunday with Ringwood being too good on the day. Well done to Chad and the players on a good season and look forward to further improvement next year. The year is still alive for the club though with the U19’s who went down to Boronia last Saturday having the second chance playing Mitcham while the reserves had a good win against Templestowe to keep their season going against Ringwood. Congratulations to Brenton “Dozer” Toole on playing his 50th game last week and also Dayne Fuss and Jack Thomas who played their 50th U19’s games. Well done to Ryan Murray who chalked up his 50th goal for the club this season, in the senior’s loss. Adam Ward continued his good form with 7 goals in the reserves. Both the U19’s and Reserves play First Semi Finals at Central Reserve Glen Waverley this Sunday; good luck to both sides. Training and team selection/meals this week is again on Friday with the sides playing Sunday. The junior’s latest newsletter is attached with all the latest news from Dobson Park; well done to three players who played their 150th junior games this season in Dylan Salanitri, Lachlan (Taz) Williams and Ryan McLachlan.
