Butch is one of the best Canadians to have played for the Dingos, having won just about every award that the club has. A Life Member of the Dingos (inducted in 2010), Butch has won five Goalkicker awards, a Steinberg award, the Stewart Award (Best & Fairest), has served as Coach and Assistant Coach on multiple occasions, and has served on the Executive as Vice-President for four years.
During the 2014 season, Butch passed Craig Stewart atop the leaderboard for games played for the club and is now closing in on 200, an incredible feat.
At the 20th Anniversary Gala held in 2015, Butch was named to the Dingos' 20-year AllStar team as a Forward Pocket.
