Welcome new and returning players. Looking forward to a bumper year of rewarding work, fitness and fun! Already we've met a handful of new players and have seen some of their skills – ensuring a competitive/challenging/exciting year ahead.
We are pleased to welcome Greg Rowe to the coaching group as the Kangaroos head coach. Rowey is a champion bloke and player with great ideas for developing our teams' skills – both on and off the field.
Coaching the Cowboys again this year is Rolfey who is also coaching the Alberta team for Team Canada. Overall the Cowboys season in 2015 was below their usual high standard. They have lost some key players and are really looking forward to meeting new recruits and getting back on top of the ladder.
Belly will return this year as the Bears coach. The team will be picking up where they let off with their strong skill set and “never give up” attitude, and they can’t wait to strengthen their line up with a few more drafts.
The Wolves will be led by rookie coach Trent Dunlop. In their maiden 2015 season, the Wolves were the team to beat and with a few new players this season they will certainly be a solid unit.
Once again our men in white this year are Peter "Doc" Dinnick and Milo Lombardi, returning a year younger and a wiser. We love having these two fine gents calling the shots and keeping us in line.
We can’t wait to meet the new players and catch up with the returning players. 2016 is shaping up to be a great year.
Looking forward to seeing you all on the field,
Belly and Rolfey
