Armadale Soccer Club will be hosting its pre-season lightning carnival (The Armadale Cup) on Sunday 30 March 2014.

Last year’s Cup was a great success with 50+ teams taking part and is open to any team competing in the Junior Metropolitan Leagues (ie. not for NPL teams or players).

Venue: Morgan Park, Iron Cap Place, Armadale

Time: First game kick off 8:30, finish late afternoon.

We are including the U8, 9, 10 and 11’s in their small sided format.

We will also be including U12, U13, U14, U15 and U16’s in a round robin competition. Teams will play a 20 minute match. (Two ten minute halves with a two minute changeover).

Registration costs for the small sided format of U8-11 are $10 per player .

Registration for full size pitches U12-16 are $20 per player and these matches will have Football West Referees.

We are hoping to get a good mix of clubs and it is a good opportunity for the kids to play teams from outside their clusters and divisions.

Our canteen will be open, along with our BBQ being fired up for a sausage sizzle too. The only thing we cannot guarantee is the weather, so let’s pray the gods are smiling on us!!!!
