SWQ Thunder Players selected in Qld Country State teams
Following their identification and subsequent invitation to attend the U13 & U14 State Country selection camp in Townsville recently, a number of SWQ Thunder players have been successful in selection into the Qld Country state teams.
SWQ Thunder U13 Boys - Eli Adams, Kodi Bailey , Luke Lister & Ed Poulton all attended the U13 State Country selection camp and all were successful in selection into the State team.
SWQ Thunder U14 Boys - Alick Gaske, Sam Hirst, Dale Lenkeit, Fletcher McDonald & Keanu Tuart all attended the U14 State Country selection camp, with Alick & Keanu selected into the state team with Fletcher a shadow player.
Successfull players will commence state training shortly, before heading off in September for the pre nationals camp then heading off to Coffs Harbour for the FFA National Youth Championships to be held from 28th September through to 2nd October.
