Please read below an extract from the GBJRL Memo to all Clubs:
“So far this season the GBJRL has received many complaints regarding the general behaviour of people involved in the game from spectators, team staff members, duty officials and players.
The majority of these complaints contain incidents of verbal abuse and threatening behaviour directed at Referees, Touch Judges and Duty Officials.
The League would like to remind everyone that it is junior sport and therefore the Codes of Conduct must be adhered to regardless of the situation.”
If you are unsure of the Codes of Conduct and would like to receive a copy, please contact Darryn Klien our Club Secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please remember our Club is responsible for the conduct of all our players, parents, coaches and team support staff, officials and spectators and that the GBJRL Disciplinary Tribunal can issue Penalties for breaches of the Codes of Conduct.more
