We would like to welcome Spencer Clyne to the team, who last Sunday commenced his football career.
Special mentions this week go to:
Howsey - For operating on one leg for half the game
Coops - Great all round game and absolute “Gut” running
Jack - Keeping his feet when he had to and making the ball his sole target
Apples - Absolute “GUN” Tackling
Cleevsey - Great presentation in the forward line, good crumbing and standing tall.
Adz - Great defensive work
Tiny - Great ruck work.
As a team you all played exceptionally well. Keep up the good work.
On another note, we have not been put up a grade, so with hard work and determination, I know you have the ability to make the finals and WIN.
Don’t forget our Pie Night on Tuesday night.
Unfortunately due to work commitments we have lost our assistant coach Tom Bellchambers. I would like to thank Tom for all he has done both at training and at home to help with the team this year and we wish him well in his new job.
We would like to welcome as the new assistant coach Shane McKie (Whom you have all met over the past few weeks, as water carrier, runner and now assistant coach). Shane’s vast knowledge of the game I know will bring added value to the team.
