Added Bylaws for all grades:

1. a player must play 2 minor round matches to be eligible for Finals round games.

2. team who forfiets during the minor round will be disqualified from the competition.

3. Teams are to provide an Umpire for each rostered game

4. Teams are to provide a scorer for each match they play
