DUTIES:
Monthly account processing and preparation.

BAS Preparation.
Year end accounts for Audit.
Monthly Billing to Leagues and Customers.
Banking.
Accounts payable management.
Umpire deduction processing.
Umpire Payment monthly and at year end.
Work cover reconciliations.
Oversee IT upgrades.
TIME COMMITMENT:
Hours: 8-12 hours per week.
TERM DURATION: 2 Years.

Oversee discussion and correspondence with the league
DUTIES:
Liaison with Bendigo Football League
Liaison with Loddon Valley Football League
Liaison with Maryborough-Castlemaine District Football League
Liaise with AFL Vic Youth women’s League
Liaise with Bendigo Junior Football League
Liaise with LVFL umpire group, coordinate data capture and delivery of umpire programs.
Liaise with the North Central league and umpires group.
Attend league meetings
TIME COMMITMENT:
Hours: 5-10 hours per week

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To manage information flows to the media and maximise promotional opportunities for the Group, including the umpire notes in the Football Records.
DUTIES:
Oversee weekly notes for football program, produce and or organise. Also to ensure that program deadlines are met. Co-ordinate radio program on 101.5 Fresh FM.
Process press release and manage relationships with the relevant media outlets.
Organise sponsorship for the association and manage existing arrangements.
TIME COMMITMENT:
Hours: 8-10 hours per week
TERM DURATION: 2 Years
EQUIPMENT/RESOURCES REQUIRED:
Computer with email capability.

Communicate with umpires and deliver strategies to assist meeting their needs.
DUTIES:
Ensure training facilities are kept up to date and in good order.
To procure grant funding to assist in the development of umpires, whether it be rooms or umpire specific assistance.
Liaise with the council in regard to all building maintenance.
TIME COMMITMENT:
Hours: 5-10 hours per week
TERM DURATION: 2 Years
