2014 AGM Information

At the 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Hamilton Amateur Basketball Association, several special resolutions were put forward.

Resolutions that were put at the meeting.
 
(1)  First Resolution to change the name of Association from Hamilton Amateur Basketball Association to Hamilton Basketball Association.
(2) Second Resolution is to update the Constitution to
(a)  Clarify the membership of the Association.
(b)  Define the management of the Association by a Board of Management elected by the members of the Association as set out in the updated Constitution

The resulting merger of the Senior and Junior competitions has many benefits and we are currently working through this joining together process.

As you can imagine, there will be many small hiccups along the way and we ask for your patience as we work through them to make the Hamilton Basketball Association a better place to play for our members.
