The tournament runs within two weeks long everyday and weekend as well for night games. There were team was being formalise well by the committee such as:

The tournament commences on Saturday 5/11 as for opening and followed with a long two weeks leagues. The long leagues ended on Tuesday 15/11. Playoffs begins with quarterfinals on Wednesday 16/11 and Thursday 17/11 as for the first game elimination towards semifinals.   On Friday 18/11 semis commences. On Saturday 19/11, this club runs finals for men, women and kids who have been qualified. The final games starts at 5pm and ended at 9pm in the evening.

Before the playoffs games commences this club committees was inviting KBF referees to officiate their games. KBF uses or officiate their games with 3 person officials as part of their training assessment by Peter Barnett. Games were going well. At break time, there are activities such as floor show dancing from 3 group who have been hired by this club to entertain the game. Not just dancers but also KCC voice singers were being invited for hippop.

At the end of games, prize given was starting and followed by speeches from BBClub president Mr George Kum Kee and together with KBF vice president Mr Teekia Rui.
