Again H4H program is heading Primary Schools

On Tuesday 8/11, NBDO was outlining the schedule to visit primary schools. There were 13 primary schools would be visited weekly by the program. Related with the schedule, timing, transporting, equipped and grouping is the priority issue to be well organized. NBDO just formalize group with coaches for week days visit and weekend visit.

As 2 schools will be visited weekly (Mon - Frid), 4 areas will be visited in weekend (Sat). NBDO just formalize these groups in order for them to run the program easily.

On Wednesday 9/11, NBDO also spend an hour with coaches working on their planning. This was introduces on how to use the proper session plan while doing their delivery. Not just session plans but going through the resouces manual provided by FIBA in Oceania containing basketball skills, games and health key messages. It is essential for them to deliver coaching properly. NBDO uses white board outlining what really to be delivered with skills and games. At the end of the session there are important question introduces by NBDO for these coaches to help them improve.

These are:

1. Was everyone involved during your session? Yes/no..if no NBDO gives some tips for them to consider on how to engage more in their next move.

2. What worked well?

3. What didn't worked well?..NBDO states and introduces ways to work out.

4. What will you change for next time? or session..NBDO explained tips to overcome what really can be change while during delivering a skill, being late, nervous, talking too much etc..

These question will help each coaches improved and to fulfill outcomes.
