Tribunal - SCBC Seashells 'Parent T'
A tribunal hearing was held on Wednesday 18th June at the Rockingham Flames clubrooms for 'Parent T' (Name withheld) of SCBC Seashells. The following were the charges accused:
- Breached Code of Conduct
- Used Abusive, Threatening, Obscene Language or Gestures
- Acted in an Unsportsmanlike Manner in or around the Stadium
'Parent T' pleaded Not Guilty to the above charges.
Upon review of the evidence given from both parties, as well as support letters from witnesses to the event, the tribunal found 'Parent T' GUILTY of all three charges. 'Parent T' recieved a Suspended Sentence of Eight (8) Weeks for a period of 12 Months, effective from 19/6/2014 - 19/6/2015 inclusive.
